Join Outward Bound Japan for an immersive winter adventure based out of our Nagano School, set in the breathtaking mountain region of Myoko-Togakushi National Park.

This five-day journey is more than just an outdoor program—it’s an opportunity for self-discovery. Through mountain expeditions and snow-based challenges, you’ll reflect on your present self while envisioning the person you aspire to become.

The shared experiences in the mountains reveal the power of teamwork, group cohesion, and personal resilience. Facing challenges together, you’ll discover new possibilities for growth—individually and as a team.

This course will be conducted bilingually in Japanese and English, and we warmly welcome participants from around the world.
